"What I've Learned This Year" by Mr. McClung

Mr.McClung shared some very interesting thoughts, that are very helpful and inspiring to me! One thought he shared was that we should communicate. If there is ever any drama or confusion going on, then you should stop and talk about it. Another thought was to never stop learning even as a teacher. We owe it to the children to keep learning and to keep gaining knowledge to help the children learn more. Also Be REASONABLE dont set the standards so high that the children never reach them, Understand the level they are on and help to extend their knowledge by making small goals that are reachable.

  2. I agree we should never stop learning. We can always learn more and communication is very important to me. If their is no communication then it is hard to get things done. Great Post Megan.
